Refund policy

All sales by Seickel & Sons Inc. through seickelparts.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please confirm fit before ordering. Check that the product you are ordering is correct for your machine, including the exact model where applicable. If you are unsure which product or option to choose, contact us before you order and we will help you.

Order changes and cancellations. Orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away if you need to change or cancel an order, and we will do what we can, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, or we shipped a different item than the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will review it and make it right. This does not apply to items ordered for the wrong machine or model.
