Cancellation policy

Autoship (subscription) orders
Autoship lets you receive eligible products, such as press pads, automatically on the schedule you choose. Your payment method is charged at the autoship price each time an order is placed, until you cancel.

Skip, pause, or cancel at any time
There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can skip an order, pause, or cancel your autoship at any time by signing in to your account at seickelparts.com, or by calling 732-624-9070 or emailing orders@seickelparts.com.

When a cancellation takes effect
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or skip before your next scheduled order date. Once an order has been charged, it is processed like any other order and, because many of our products are made to order, it is final under our Refund Policy. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items are covered as described in our Refund Policy.

Price changes
If the price of an item on autoship changes, we will notify you before the new price applies to your next order, and you may cancel before then.
