Shipping policy
Where we ship
Seickel Parts ships to addresses in the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to any other country.
Processing time
Many of our products are made to order for your specific machine. Typical lead times before shipping:
- Press pads and grid plates: approximately 1 week
- Insulating covers: 2 to 4 weeks if not in stock
- Other items: as shown on the product page or confirmed with your order
Lead times are estimates, and delays can occur. If your order will take longer than expected, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order.
Carrier and tracking
Orders ship via UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Canadian orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or Canadian customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you, and reshipping charges will apply.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or you received a different item than you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
