1. Overview
This website, seickelparts.com, is operated by Seickel & Sons Inc. ("Seickel," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Commercial use
Our products are replacement parts and supplies for commercial pressing equipment, intended for use by businesses and trained operators. You are responsible for selecting the correct product for your equipment and for installing and using it safely according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.

3. Product information
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Photos may show a representative product, and the actual item may differ slightly in appearance. Product names, model numbers, and compatibility information are provided as a guide. If you are unsure whether a product fits your machine, contact us before ordering.

4. Orders and made-to-order items
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed quantity limits. Items identified as made to order are produced specifically for your order and machine model. You must select the exact machine model when ordering. Once production of a made-to-order item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before processing the order. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. Sales tax
Sales tax is charged where required by law. Customers who are exempt from sales tax, such as resellers, must send a valid exemption or resale certificate to orders@seickelparts.com before ordering. Tax charged on orders placed before we receive a certificate is not refundable.

7. Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada only. Shipping terms, lead times, and carrier information are described in our Shipping Policy.

8. All sales final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped items as described in our Refund Policy. Items ordered for the wrong machine or model are not eligible.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost production, downtime, or damage to equipment or garments.

10. Use of this site
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation or security. All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Seickel or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Lab Test Products® and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this site. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
